FC 24 LIVE DONT WORK

sorry if this topic already exists, but I can't find anything. I'm playing FC24 on PS5 and I can't start FC24 Live (online play). I just press X when I'm in the box and nothing happens. I don't know if I should reinstall or what to do? I pay for EA Play monthly. Thank you very much for your help everyone.
