FC 24 no commentary

I have been experiencing an issue with EA FC 24 for the past week. When I launch the game, the "EA Sports" startup sound does not play—only the background effects are audible. Additionally, during matches, there is no commentary audio even though the commentary volume is set to 10. However, the menu background music plays as expected but the music continues in the game where I am supposed to get the commentary.

I am using the game on PC via Epic Games, and I have already attempted troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game and repairing it and even checking the sound settings of PC in audio enhancements turned it Off/on to defaults, but the problem persists.
