FC 24 Out Of Memory Crash

My PC meets the reccomended settings and the drivers are up to date, but it doesn't matter what resolution I'm using or if there are ultra or low settings- the game starts freezing when the camera changes. Then, when I pause it and minimize it, a crash report box appears. It says:

DirectX Error

DirectX function "m_devicePlat->CreateCommittedResource(&heapProps, D3D12_HEAP_FLAG_NONE, &platDesc, creationState, nullptr, __uuidof(**(&resource)), IID_PPV;ARGS_Helper(&resource))" failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY ("Direct3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call."). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER", Driver: 54665.
E:\packages\RenderCore2\2.10.00-fn-fifa_18570913\source\platform\Dx12\ResourceBuilderDx12.cpp

NOTE: the second time playing the game it worked perfectly in ULTRA settings. Next time playing, it returned to the freezy gameplay of the beginning.

  • Can you guys fix your terrible game? Get the direct version error every time and i have tried everything. Any notes from the creators of the game?

If you're experiencing the same error as me, what worked for me is overclocking + Razer Cortex. It helped a lot since I can play normally.

  • Just letting you know that no other game I have ever played on this PC has this problem. So instead of me doing all of this work to see if your trash game can run properly, maybe YOU SHOULD FIX THE ISSUE ACCRROSS THE BOARD. I am getting sick of having to play EA games because that is only Soccer game out that is worth playing. Can't wait for someone else to create another game. Terrible.
