FC 24 PC Commentary Not Working

Why cant you make Arabic commentary downloadable in the UK? Paid £90 and no Arabic commentary considering look how many Arabic speakers there are around the world!!! So annoying especially if you've paid £90!! Just make it downloadable ad every year everyone asks and you still don't care!!

Also where are my fifa points? Missing my 4600 fifa points!! Feel robbed and so disappointed by it all!!!

when i go into fc 24 i couldnt hear commentary and when i wanted to change its language it showed me brazil flag and i couldnt change any of thoese settings
can you help me fix the problem ?

What happens when the bug occurs? During a start of any match in any game mode, once kick off starts I get these loud drums/train noises that even with all the audio turned off I still hear it
What should be happening instead? Normal crowd noises and commentary

My FC 24 early access game having no commendatory audio while in any of the matches. its showing "English " option in setings but brazil flag showing

There is no commentary for matches in Kick-off or career mode. I've tried to verify files and change the language in steam property. Still doesn't work. Does anyone have a fix?

This is STRICTLY on EA.  I bought the Ultimate Edition as several of you others have, and have been running into the same issues from Matchmaking never happening, to absolutely no commentary even after uninstalling/reinstalling the game.  And before the EA people post here with their copied remarks, on Steam, it shows my purchase is successful for the Ultimate Edition.  Now here lies the unbelievable mistake EA does.  When transferred to their app, which is as broken as their games, it comes in with the description as "quest_item."  Then, to make it even worse, they tied it to the stupid 10 hour free trial.  Clearly either EA does not know what they are doing, or their coding is as good as every beginner class going through "Hello World" for their first time in every single language.

Don't count on EA's customer service, it's literally non existent right now.  And every single one of them have no idea how to fix their issues and it shows.  8 hours since it's "release" and the issues are getting worse and worse as time goes on and not one single word from anyone at EA.  You can even look at these forums and tell that a majority of the responses from the "EA" people are fading faster and faster.  This is pathetic.
