FC 24 won’t load

Can someone please help, I’ve update my EA FC 24 on Xbox one, and ever since I haven’t been able to play it, I get to the loading screen and it just backs me out to home page I need 
technical issues

Fully power off your console and router then turn them back on after a minute and retry playing.
