The game menus have froze the game at least 4 times for me today, i know i'm not alone as i've been watching Twitch all day and people have reported the same. Good old Frostbite.

I'm playing on PC. It's the same problem. Freezes after claiming objective, completing SBC-s, opening packs or after finishing the match. In EA FC 24 it was a problem and the same problem happens in FC 25. I think it's unfixable. Maybe they can give temporary solution like less freezes. But i think they cannot fix it forever. It was problem in FC24 for the whole season. And it will be a problem in FC25.
Ea please sort this out,you charge top money to buy packs and provide a substandard service. 😡
You can also unplug the ethernet cable. Same result, but a bit faster as you don't need to close and launch the game again. Still sucks. I have the same problem.
Yep, the objective claiming and store are really bad. Objectives freeze about 40% of the time and if you open the store after completing an objective, it's a 100% restart. Playing FUT like this is literally undoable, as that's, especially in the early life cycle, your entire gameplay loop.
Mine seems to be specifically when I try and open packs I’ve got in the store. End up with a grey box and I have to close the game
