Fc 25 Manager career player scouting

Player scouting manager Career. When scouting players after a couple of days the players disappear from the list and the scout can’t scout any new players. I have to recall scout and resend them to a country in order to scout again. After I do this the problem happens again making scouting impossible. How do I fix this issue ?!!!
