i have same issue, support gave options to fix it, but nothing works, steam is not refunding money, so wasted £80 and have 0 minutes of gameplay, very disappointed
Bro i install Windows 10 And work Now
But game lags when i play when i alt tab And go back to game lags stop but they come back in 3 minuts So its unplayed

Im solved bro.. go in system32.. cut all file with .DLL extension and put in new folder where u want... Next reinstall the game.. delete ea app cache.. repair Ur GPU software and he Say error in .DLL file... Copy the .DLL file he ask from new folder in system32 and repeat GPU software installation... And its all.. the game work 😁 Sorry for my english
