FC mobile - bought star pass but didn't get it

When i was buying star pass everything was going well. But when i bought it, it said transaction failed. I saw that it took my money, but i didn't get my star pass. Now, when i clicked "buy" again, it says "You are already the owner of this" in Google Play Store, but when i click okay, in FC mobile i get a message "Transaction failed - the last transaction is still being processed, please try again later to avoid repeated deduction". What do i do?
