Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Here are the various bugs that I've been told to humbly & patiently wait for, for the best part of 6 weeks now: 1. Twitch Objective on FC PRO Watching the Launch Stream (hasn't been rewarded & has no vanished) 2. The Completionist Objective on FC PRO (hasn't been rewarded & has now vanished) 3. The FC PRO Open Day 1 & 2 (hasn't been rewarded, is currently still showing as pending for 4 more days) 4. A glitched Moments pack I opened three weeks ago, I was told it was being investigated and I'd hear back in 24 hours but it's been almost a month and no news on this. Could someone provide me with where we're at with these bugs & how I'm able to write to the relevant teams to receive compensation? Many thanks, Gary

What should be happening instead? Rewards should be received, packs should work properly etc.
