fc24 crashes as soon as it started

- windows update are all up to date
- file checker already "Verification 100% complete"
- already tested clean boot with only leaving ea service and anticheat service enabled (can't start ea app or fc24 without these 2 enabled)
- machine details, I screenshotted them.
still can't run fc24, it still behaves the same as the one I screen recorded, looking at the log still the same as previous
