Community ManagerThe one step I suggest you absolutely take is to run SFC as below:
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- Update or reinstall your video drivers
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Download and install all available Windows Updates
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I have done all of your suggestion but it still can't fix my main problem, which it always shut the game during the match.
