FC24 disconnecting on Steam

The game is constantly disconnecting from server when playing Ultimate online. I cannot count the amount of matches that I have lost due to disconnection and I'm constantly receiving warnings from EA "you have disconnected, you receive a penalty on your coins earnings". The problem is yours,u connection is fine with all other games

I am a Product Manager and is very sad to see these newbie SLO errors forma. Big company as EA, I'll expose the problems LinkedIn and other social media as this is unbearable.

I demand a compensation for the problems caused by you.

    Hi there, @Funnykitos 

    Thanks for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can find out what's happening here. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

    Click on "Match History" on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen.
