Thank you. Nothing is really standing out. Your connection looks good. Have you gone through all the troubleshooting steps here?
- @EA_Aljo Yes, I checked and followed the steps last week and no improvement out of it

Something else you can check is the firmware for your router. Make sure it's up to date. Also, check your ethernet cable for any damage. It should be at least Cat6 as well.
If these look good, you should contact your ISP to see if they can test your connection for any issues.
