FC24 Doesn't launch.

I installed all windows updates, i checked my system files, i performed a clean boot, and checked system requirements, everything is okay but the game still wont launch.

Hi, Nothing Works. Seems to be issue with Anti-cheat engine (per MULTIPLE, and i mean MULTIPLE online fixes), but the game still won't launch. PC, Steam, WIN 11
