FC24 don´t pass splash screen

Hello,

I have bought on 27 april 2024 FC24 on Epic Games store on my computer.

Since then i have never was able to launch the game with sucess.

I tried a bunch of solutions available, even some on this forum, but none worked.

Latest one was messing with exploit protection and antivirus... still no solution.

Does anyone know where i can find logs or how can i see what's wrong ?

Or does anyone has a latest fix that works for sure ?

On the other hand, does anyone know EA games support email ?

My tower specs:

CPU: i7920 
RAM: 12gb of ram
SSD: 1tb
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 (with latest drivers)
