It seems I have the same issue, and it appears to be a problem with optimization that many PC gamers are experiencing. The issue persists, and it seems like there is an optimization problem that is not being resolved.
My system specifications are as follows:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3500X
- GPU: RTX 2060
- RAM: 16 GB
FC24 on PC is woeful and all but unplayable
Running Ryzen7 3700mhz, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and 16gb ram
Can I run it - ticks all the boxes
GeForce Experience optimised

Absolute trash - @EA.COM - I want my money back!
The same for me, so i decided to uinstall the game, sold all my players and then sold coins. I will never buy fifa again, because they don t care about PC players.
Also my controller is broken because the drops - I wasn't calm enough.
I tried everything, 3 times reinstall windows, game, delete folder in documents, drivers.... But the problem is on EA side, it was started when i updated fifa.
I hope that everyone will quit the game.
