This is appalling! It still does not work and ea seems to ignore the issue. Horrendous customer experience, and I have an extremely unhappy pre-teen here, who can't use his christmas present.

Same problem here, it has seriously ruined the Christmas spirit in my house, it is not OK that it offers online access to gaming and is PEGI 3 and yet not what it is sold as at all for the PS4. Very, very bad.
