FC24 Refresh Rate Locked at 60Hz on 240Hz Display(Gaming Laptop)

I am playing FC24 on my Lenovo Legion 5 (i7-14650HX, RTX 4070, 32GB RAM, 240Hz display).

My Windows settings and NVIDIA Control Panel are both correctly set to 240Hz. However, inside the FC24 game settings, the refresh rate is locked at 60Hz and cannot be changed.

I have tried:
 • Turning off V-Sync.
 • Setting the game to Fullscreen mode.
 • Setting Frame Rate to Unlimited.
 • Updating my NVIDIA drivers.
 • Changing NVIDIA Control Panel settings.
 • Editing FC24 config files (fcsetup) to 240Hz and making it Read-Only.
 • Restarting the laptop.

Other games recognize 240Hz normally — this only happens in FC24.

Please advise if this is a known issue, and if there’s a fix or patch coming.
