EA FC and all sports game have sliders for stats in multiplayer these sliders are controlled by In Game difficulties. There fore beginner your slider will be higher and the CPU will be lower making it easy to player. The sliders are more that just difficulty they affect player run speed acceleration pass accuracy, user team AI logic will be affected this mean the higher the difficulty the slower you will be and the dumber your AI will be. The only way to get around this is learn more mechanics than just sprint or play on lower difficulty. In PVP these sliders should be 50/50. To test the slider you can mess around in kick off game mode and you see what i mean.
