FC24 Tradeable player, becomes untradeable. How to fix this?

Hi,

I have bought a player (Rivaldo) for 820.000. I gave him the Ultimate Team Champions card (red). Now he is untradeable. I'd like to fix this, so I can sell him.

I tried the helpdesk. They say it is strange and should not happen. But until now (after more then a week, still nothing from EA. My experience with the helpdesk isn't good.

Maybe someine else has the same probleme or maybe a solution.
