FC25 singleplayer Draft game crashes

Hello guys,

My issue is that FC25 multiple times crashed while I played singleplayer Draft. 

the first 3 attempts the draft token was still there, and I easily restart a new match.

But then, right before the match started it crasht again and this time my draft token was gone. the match was automatically lost.

I did a lot of trouble shooting. restart everything, but the issue isn't my PS5 or my internet connection. the problem is somewhere in the game / servers.

On the EA support website I found something where you can put a request to restore your draft token. 

This was there response:

We checked and you are not eligible for a Draft Token.
We have created request #194972939 for future reference.

After this I contacted the customer support service. but this was annoying and I didn't get the feeling they understand what the problem was. they advised to uninstall my game and empty my caches.. at the end of the conversation they told me they escalated the draft token issue for further investigation. 

Here is the final response from EA FC25.

Conclusion = no refund and the money you paid is gone! thanks EA 🤨👍🏻
