After speaking to EA for the 3rd time, I spoke to a wonderful EA member of staff who resolved the issue for me with great speed and with ease. Glad I spoke to this member of staff.
@EA_Pulsar I submitted 2 tickets with this issue and all I get as a response is FIXED with the following issue "EA SPORTS FC™ 24 - Transfer Market & Companion App access" which has NOTHING to do with the issue I am having. Is this some kind of a joke, are there even real people reading those tickets or are these just bots?
Can I get some actual help regarding my issue, this is so frustrating?
I am facing exactly the Same issue and contacting EA by mail is like talking to a stone wall. Same kind of response you can get.
When ı try to star live chat, you are not able to choose the platform and therefore stuck on the screen.
So my points are sleeping in Fifa23 account and I am unable to transfer them to EAFC24.
