Fifa points not transferring

Mt fifa points will not transfer from fifa 23 to EAfc24

    After speaking to EA for the 3rd time, I spoke to a wonderful EA member of staff who resolved the issue for me with great speed and with ease. Glad I spoke to this member of staff.

I am facing exactly the Same issue and contacting EA by mail is like talking to a stone wall. Same kind of response you can get.

When ı try to star live chat, you are not able to choose the platform and therefore stuck on the screen.

So my points are sleeping in Fifa23 account and I am unable to transfer them to EAFC24.

Installed, no pop up to transfer my points/coins/whatever to 24... deleted it, downloaded again, installed, nothing... cleaned cache on my PS5, took it out of the wall for 2 minutes, powered again, installed the game... nothing. 
 
So I'm not installing it again until I find a solution for that, bunch of forums saying a bunch of stuff... no solution so far. 
 
Can anyone help me on that?
