Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When buying a pack with guaranteed lean cards of a promotion and opening it after the promotion.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack guaranteed 3 fulgurance lean cards et 2 icon fulgurance lean cards, and instead I had choices between standard gold players for the 5 lean cards.
What should be happening instead? Having the guaranteed lean cards.

I already posted on General Discussion and get no answer.
I payed for a fulgurance elite pack which guarantees 5 fulgurance lean cards (3 fulgurance and 2 fulgurance icons) and all the leans cards choices were golds cards. I sent all this informations, photos and proofs to support and asked for refund. They told me I have to post here.
