Game bug - can't see rewards

Usually once I've been into rivals, and clicked into rivals, the next time I go to the objectives screen, I see the following https://imgur.com/RmMveZl - I can't see the rewards, packs which I receive through objectives I can't see. 
players icons also disappear

I can't open anything 'news' related, the links do nothing. 

Going into the store, I can't see any packs to buy - the text is there when I scroll through, but the images aren't there and are replaced by this red banner with white star. 

After a few minutes, the game will crash, without producing a report. 

Upon opening FC 24 again, everything is normal. Coming out of UT does not resolve the icon issues.

No issues with other games; computer is stable. 

The massive problem is this FC24 bug leads to crashes. But the sheer weirdness of it being this red banner and coins icon, its really weird?

    Been happening to me for weeks. No fix in sight smh. Happened to me twice already today. It makes you not really want to play anymore. Fix this EA!!!

    Happened twice today already, still only 3pm as well... game is broken.

    @H1lleh I have the exact same thing happening multiple times per day I have to restart the game to fix this issue it’s so annoying ! EA should fix this kind of thing urgently

    Every day I get it; well every day I try and play; 

    I play a Rivals game, or two and it'll then give screens like I posted in the OP. The red banner and white star; If I go to the store when its like this, the game will lock up. 

    I've just booted the game, went to the transfer list and cleared out the transfer I've made over night. 

    Went to a rivals game, went 2-0 up after 20 minutes. Other person quit out, and bug happened as per the OP. 

    Game notified me I had some objectives, wen to there. Can't see what objectives I've got as everything is showing as coins; The text upon claiming says I have a maldini on loan - which was a duplicate. Went to quick sell and the game froze. 

    Every day, this * happens.

    And again; 

    Load up the game. Open objectives and store to open the packs. 

    Load up rivals.

    Finish the game this time.

    Get notification that I have new objectives. 

    Go to objectives scren - all showing as coins, red banner and white star; if I go to the shop at this point it'll crash.

    Yep i have this identical problem on the PS5 - i have to keep closing the game and restart.

    Its very frustrating but good luck trying to get a response from EA Support.

    Worse support channel on the planet!

    Is this just a PS5 thing. Also i have the disc version of the game. I know people who play on pc and xbox one and have none of these issues. I've spoken to multiple different people on the chat help and opened a few cases for issues I've had with the game including this problem. Only to be told no fix or case closed.
