Game bug - can't see rewards

Usually once I've been into rivals, and clicked into rivals, the next time I go to the objectives screen, I see the following https://imgur.com/RmMveZl - I can't see the rewards, packs which I receiv...

    Been happening to me for weeks. No fix in sight smh. Happened to me twice already today. It makes you not really want to play anymore. Fix this EA!!!

      Happened twice today already, still only 3pm as well... game is broken.
