Game cannot lunch, blue screen

Hello, the game cannot be started for 14 days. After the last update, the game always crashes and throws a blue screen right after turning on. The error code "kernel apc pending during exit" will confirm that all drivers and windows are up to date, I tried reinstalling the game once, checked the disks and all components in the PC and still nothing. I searched the internet and thousands of other people have the same problem. That's why I'm asking, does anyone at EA even care?
