Community ManagerIf you are encountering any crashes while playing the PC version of EA SPORTS FC™ 24, we kindly request your assistance in providing us with some additional details. LINK HERE This will greatly assist us in investigating the issue.
I'd also like to share some steps that helped some of our players.
1. Open the EA App.
2. Go offline within the app.
3. Start the game and select "Play offline."
4. Attempt to login to Ultimate Team and note that an internet connection is required.
5. Return to the EA App.
6. Go online within the app.
7. Try to connect to Ultimate Team again.
