game does not start

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea, I just could show it to you via VC.
What happens when the bug occurs? I enter the SEASON mode or the EURO chamionship mode and click me through. I get the message that an oponent is found and that the game gonne start.... then the black window pops up and the white/green FC sign occures and pretends to load but the computer stays in that "loading mode". in the past after not more than 2-4 seconds the game started. but since 2 weeks not anymore. the black window with the FC loading sign stays... my PC utilization stays pretty utilized by the app over the entire following minutes / hours but the game das nothing beside that loading sign in the black window. I de-installed the game and reinstalled it again. no change.
What should be happening instead? instead of the black window the game/ football match should start.

the schreenshot picture "Screenshot 2024-12-19 123600" shows the last status when I try to play in EURO Championship mode.
the similar FC sign but a single black window is my last processing status when trying to play the Season mode.
I also placed the point already twice via the EA App directly without response:
