Game freezes after pressing Xbox home button

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While in any pre match cutscene or in the post game menu screen (the one where you can choose to watch highlights, look at stats or advance) if you press the Xbox home menu button the game then freezes and there is no fix. The only way out is to close the game which then means you lose your progress. It is ridiculous that this bug is still in the game after multiple years and now also apples to the post match screen. So lazy.
