Game freezing during HT/goal celebration/cutscenes in every game mode

why does my game constantly keep freezing only on half time or during cutscenes such as goal celebrations or when players get carded. it only freezes when there is a pause for example halftime/ opponent pauses to make changes/ corner kicks/ freekicks/ etc. This seems to happen almost every game.

i have tried reinstalling the game, deleting saved data, rebuilding database and resetting my ps5 but it still happening. it started happening after the most recent patch. it only happens on FC24 so it cant be an hardware issue

please help if there are any fixes as its making the game unplayable
