Game Freezing on Kit Selection

I’m having the same problem just freezes anyone know how to get rid of this been happening for two days now!
Mate this is by far the buggiest fifa. Lags more than ever, freezes at least 20 times a day (I wish I was exaggerating) and takes 4 hours to switch formation and do simple commands, searching for players, adding them into the squad, it's all done at 2mph. Then I can't even control my kit selection and have to restart at least once a day. In Total I have to force quit and restart the game at least 10 times a day and I'm not joking.
I wish I could get my time back or some sort of compensation for this as I'm being extremely patient.
