Game Freezing on Kit Selection

I am unable to select my kit when i try to play an online match. The only button i can press is Y and it says "must be signed in as a guest to play this game." The game thinks that my turtle beach wireless headset is my main controller. If i shutoff my headset, it says "your controller has been disconnected." I can then re look for a match. Once I am in the match I am able to turn the headset back on. This is very frustrating and it was an issue on fifa 23 too that never got fixed. Does anyone have a fix for this? I am on Series X.
Why does the game think my headset is my controller? This is such a joke its literally the same game as fifa 23 with all the same bugs.
This is still the case for EA FC 24.
Couldn’t play with brother who we game share, couldn’t select kits.
left party & turned off my wireless headset and allowed us to play.
