Game glitching, can't claim compensation

My game has been glitching for the past few days after the January 9th update. My game always loads with "Network Error" messages even if it is working perfectly fine, and every single time after I try again, it works. Even if I complete gem offers, I can't claim them even if it shows "completed" on the offers tab. Recently, my issue is that I can't claim the compensation gift EA gave for the league token glitch. Please help and fix my account, I even tried re-installing it twice but to no avail.
