Hello, recently I upgraded my GPU from gtx 1060 to rtx 2080, after this my game started lagging even in low settings. Every time when I control the ball in the middle of the pitch, the game is barely playable. Please help me guys.

After installing the new card, did you delete your old game settings file from the FC24 folder in Documents?
yeah, I did and it made my gameplay even worse
Community ManagerAre there any background applications running that could be affecting the game? Try closing those off and see if that works.
Do you also use other apps like NVIDIA GeForce Experience to optimise your game settings?
