Game locked to Trial Mode on PS5

Hi,

I have purchased the game on my PS5 console. I previously had the 10 hour trial whilst waiting for the standard edition to be released.

My account seems to be stuck in the trial mode and is telling me I have ran out of trial hours to play the game, so it is locked. How do I fix this?

Is it working for you now, or are you still stuck?

I bought the PS4 disc version and the same thing is happening with the PS5 version. It's stuck as a trial. The app seemingly recognizes that the disc has been inserted because the "Trial" text disappears, but when the game boots it's still the trial.
