Game settings keep resetting

it’s been over a year now, a new rebranded game is out and yet i still can’t load EAFC 24 up without having to go through all of the start up [Edited] every time like on the old game. as well as all of my in game settings, favourite club etc resetting. i genuinely do not want to play the game because of how much this hinders my playing experience. i’ve tried every fix under the sun and nothing ever works. i have one controller on there is not duplicate login confusion. out of all my friends only my account still has this issue. if this doesn’t get fixed i want a full refund with full access to the game to occasionally play clubs with friends. poor game optimisation is NOT on the consumer. i want this fixed. picture for reference, i play with co-op camera. i have to change this back along with a multitude of other settings constantly.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? every time I start the game all settings are reset to default. The controller, audio, difficulty level and language have all been reset. The game then starts as if I were a new user. Reloading profile settings doesn't help either, the only option is to reset everything every time. Even when the controller is switched on again, the control settings are reset to basics. Console reset/clear cache have no effect. This problem has been happening regularly since version Fifa22 and therefore seems to still not have been solved in FC24.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get to spend another 15 minutes of adjusting al my settings again.

Hi, I have the same problem for a year, have you found a solution? I have to accept the terms of use, choose my favorite team and redo my settings 4 times a week...

i actually have, it’s so annoying though. you can’t have anything plugged in the front usb slots while i’m playing the game. if i charge my controller through the front usb port on the ps5 it’ll reset the settings again. but when the usb is free everything seems okay. i’ve had 2 days no problems now

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All I do is launch the game and there is a good chance that a few of my settings have been reset. Doesn't happen to 2 of my friends so there is a good chance you can't find the bug yourselves unless your game is bugged like mine.

Every time I launch FC 24 I have to thoroughly go through all the settings as there is no doubt something will have changed.
It is usually my camera settings (specifically zoom) that I notice, but other times it has changed all my passing/shooting options to manual when I do not use those settings.

Worse still, is that of you change controls mid game, it doesn’t save them. I have three custom settings and they’re all wrong when I play in game. Absolute shambles.
