Game Speed changes randomly (Offline!)

Help, I'm playing EA FC 24 on the Xbox ONE (physical version with CD) and have had an issue since the beginning: the game speed changes randomly during matches without me making any adjustments. The game suddenly becomes unnaturally fast, especially the passing. The entire game physics feel bugged. For the past few days, every match has been affected by this.

Can anyone help me? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I also tried playing it without an internet connection. I've gone through the game settings multiple times, but nothing has helped.
