Games not Counting towards OBJECTIVES

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 09/23/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 1:58pm
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You’ll see the game counts are different in my Mad Ready objective. One says 18/20 and the other 14/15. It also says I haven’t played any for the daily objective when I have. Same happened in my World Tour foundations with K League.
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s not counting games played correctly for objectives. See the how can you find steps I wrote.
What should be happening instead? I should get credit for the games played.

    I have played three games now in squad battles and the game played not updating so can't complete it. Please can someone fix this

    Im playing on PC and the Score 3 goals Daily Objective is stuck on 2/3 goals and wont complete no matter how many more goals I score. I scored 2 in my first game and it hasnt counted any other goals in the other games ive played.

    I have exactly the same problem with the exact same challenges! Tried changing game modes from rivals to squad battles and also taking my Nike player out for 1 game to see if had any impact but nothing!

    For some reason, objective progress is not updating correctly. For example:


    - Daily objectives are not updating even though I player several matches and score many goals.

    - Nike Mad Ready:

    some items update while others not. You can see the pictures.

    - Notifications are hard to find and have to dive inside each tab to know which objective I completed.

    is any one facing the same? 
    EA pls support.

    In the daily objectives the goals don’t count so I can’t  get xp, I’ve played multiple games and scored multiple goals but they don’t register

    Im having this same issue as mentioned above anyone within the EA team that can inform us on what is happening or is there a fix
