Games showing as black squares

Dear Sirs,

Kindly ask your assistant in the following problem:

I bought the EA SPORTS FC 24 game 2 months ago. Please find the confirmation about this purchase in the attachment.

I could play with this game about 1 month, after that I faced some issues with the game. Sometimes it worked, but most of the times it didn't launch. When I launch the EA app and go to my library it says that I have a game, but the icon shows up as a black square.

I tried to clear the cache and everything people or the internet suggested but nothing worked, I saw other people having the same problem but they said it just fixed itself, I've been trying for weeks now but nothing works, but when I enter offline mode then the game shows up but I can't play any online game mode like ultimate team, because I can only launch it in the offline mode, I can't search or look at other games while I am facing this issue.
