getting disconnected from fut champs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think that is something that can be seen in a lot of people games because other players use softs to take advantage of Connection issues and Create a DNF and they do not take a loose but the player who didn't disconnect in a few cases either takes a draw or a loose.
What happens when the bug occurs? One of the player disconnects and then there is " connection issues" and the game ends up sending you back into ultimate team Menu and you end up finding out that even though you didn t disconnect, you are the one who received a loose.
What should be happening instead? The player who disconnects should receive a defeat and the player winning that doesn't disconnect should be receiving a win.
Hi EA sports, if you are reading this i m quite having enough of this recurrent issue that is never beeing resolved. I was playing fut champs against a player i already played once more today in Division Rivals and he normally disconnected there since there was nothing to loose. When i matched up against same guy about 30m later in Fut champs, while i was 4-2 up in min 83 or something like that, he pulled a No-loss disconnect glitch. AND the biggest issue is not the fact that he disconnected, is that i received a loose for winning and the other person disconnected. Since it was the start of my fut champs instead of beeing 3-0 now i am 2-1. That might actually impact my form and my overall performance since i am not a pro at the game, and i would like to actually be granted my win instead of the loose or any type of compensation because if i end up with 10-10 for example due to that 1 loose and end up on missing on let's say the 11 wins rewards, that would be a very sad scenario and completely without me at fault since there was nothing i could have done against it.
