Getting scammed out of wins on Rivals

My opponents quit the game and then I get kicked out of Ultimate Team and it says I DNF my last game and I don’t get the win please fix

If you suspect a player may be playing unfairly you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report them.

Hello,

the opponent quit when I took the lead but the game continued to the end and instead of being able to end the game session and advance, I am stuck on the post game cinematics. The only way out of this will be to close the game and lose my win, contract game for all players including a loan Scholes, my rank reward and my coins. What an absolute mess.
