Glitched squad battles

Hello I'm having a issue with squad battles I tried to play some earlier and as soon as I started the game my players went hollow and I wasn't able to do anything I thought it was just a brief incident so I tried again and it continues to happen I hope I can get some compensation and that this gets fixed.
