level 3 progress has been reset , level 1 and 2 are ok but level 3 has wiped
Hello EA Team,
I have a bronze player in the evolutions golden glow section and upgraded him until the last challenge where I just had to win one more game to make him 84 rated. It was fine until yesterday but today when I logged in I found that my progress was no more and it is showing that I need to complete the whole of third challenge again. See attached, I used to have 5/5 complete and 4/5 for the second challenge but now its 0/5 and 0/5 for both tasks. Please help me in getting my progress back. Thanks!
