Golden Glow up Part 2 problem after Pacey Protector Evolved!

Dear EA!

Any idea why i cant put this evolved player to the Golden Glow up part II.? Its fit all the requirement and also a evolved player but somehow the system doesnt feel that is a evolved player. Any idea what can be the problem?
