Handed 3-0 loss AFTER I won the match.

I was playing Squad Battles. I won 2-1, when the final whistle sounded. And a few seconds later, there was a network problem, and the game handed me a 3-0 loss instead.

Where is the logic here??? 

We spend $100 to buy the game, we become invested in our teams, we spend countless hours doing SBC’s and playing our assess off to get some decent rewards and then that happens and it completely takes you desire to keep playing.

Support basically doesn’t exist. So we’re just supposed to accept it? I used to buy some points once a month or so but why would I spend any more on a company that doesn’t care about user experience.
