Has anyone ever had success with EA Help/Customer Experience?
I opened a case about an SBC that I completed on 3/4/24 but hadn't received the pack. I spoke to 4 different customer experience representatives via email, that asked the same questions with no progress to the next steps despite sufficient answers and screenshots. I also gave a list of several players I used in the pack. At this point I don't expect to receive neither the reward nor my players back but it would be great to get some sort of refund as the SBC cost around 100k coins.
I am wondering if anyone has had an issue of not receiving an SBC reward and if it was resolved in any way. I assume that the EA has no interest in helping me now especially since it is a new season in UT. Do I have any hope with them?
