Haven’t received EAFC Ultimate rewards.

Hello,

I have an issue where I bought EAFC Ultimate earlier today but I have not got my Nike items or my EAFC points. I can load up the game and play it fine but I should also have my points. If someone can help then please do. Thanks!

    i’ve tried playing a game and restarting it as well but still no rewards or fc points
