Haven't received PEPSI promo rewards

I had 10 codes to enter through the pepsi website. Entered them on day one (6 days ago) yet I have not received a single pack. Anyone else with this issue / anyone know of a fix?

I live in the UK, I bought the packs in the UK.

The codes were accepted, I linked the correct account, yet I have not received anything
